Jeremy Berman
Jeremy is an entrepreneur, manager, and investor with over 20 years of experience in financial markets, business development, and operations, including portfolio and risk management. He founded and ran his own asset management company, launching it in 2008 and managing it through its sale. Prior to that, Jeremy structured and marketed complex investments for large financial institutions, including J.P Morgan and Morgan Stanley. He has served as a general partner on two venture capital funds, and continues to advise and invest in small companies. Jeremy graduated Beta Gamma Sigma with an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from Haverford College.
Bruce Speier, CPA
Bruce has almost 50 years of experience in accounting, tax preparation, business consulting, and management. He was the managing partner of Coronato and Speier, LLC for 30 years, serving small to medium sized businesses with financial statements, tax preparation, bookkeeping, planning and business consultation services. He has also taught finance and accounting.
Justin Frankel
Justin is an early stage investor responsible for sourcing and managing investment opportunities. He has been both a founder and operator. Justin has extensive capital markets experience in equities, derivatives, portfolio and wealth management. He has over a decade in leadership roles at large banks and has built and managed successful product and sales teams.
Mitchell Berman
Mitchell has over 45 years of experience as an attorney, handling matters ranging from complex commercial litigation to business formation and advisory work. His primary focus is the defense of businesses in litigation. He is admitted to the bar in the State of NJ, the United States District Court for the District of NJ, and the United States Supreme Court.
